Responsabilité pénal des dirigeants sociaux en droit congolais et Ohada des sociétés – Etude du droit pénal issu de l’Ohada, de ses ombres et de ses lumières, Paris,2011. This book analyses the criminal responsibility of business managers under the Congolese and the OHADA corporate law. It presents the different challenges of the regulation of corporate governance and compliance within the OHADA area (OHADA: Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires).
Harmonisation du Droit Congolais avec le droit Ohada des transports, paris, 2012. A common and harmonized regulation of transport of goods was and still is one the most critical challenge for the economic integration in Africa. OHADA took the lead by regulating the transport of goods by road. Since February 2010, the Democratic Republic of Congo is a member of this organisation. Therefore, this book analyses the OHADA legislation from the perspective of the Congolese legal system.
